About Yudith Guerra:
Yudith Guerra is the Director of the Patient Experience department at West Kendall Baptist Hospital. She leads the team of advisors, advocates, and concierge staff. During her healthcare career in patient accounts and customer service, Yudith has refined and developed comprehensive Patient experience programs resulting in significant survey results/outcomes. Before joining the WKBH team, she spearheaded the development, rollout, and execution of the service model for Tenet Health hospitals. Yudith also serves as an adjunct instructor for MDC’s Social Sciences program.
Ms. Guerra obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, a minor in International Relations from New City University, and a master’s degree in World History from Rutgers University. Yudith earned a Healthcare M.B.A from Florida International University
About Tara Becker
Tara Becker is a Principal consultant at Perficient where she leads the digital health strategy and experience teams. She has been a healthcare strategist for over 20 years and spent 15 years at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston where she led strategy and growth for priority service lines before leading digital experience and transformation. She is passionate about the patient experience, improving the journey for healthcare consumers and driving performance for her clients.
